CABINET FOR SPECIAL-PURPOSE MACHINERY

These custom cabinets were designed for an international cutting machine manufacturer.

Our brief was to manufacture a cabinet with a simple, stylish design that met the customer's detailed specifications in terms of mechanical strength, high protection ratings and appropriate dimensions.

Our design office worked with our customer's engineering department to model this cabinet, which could then be mass-produced.


BATTERY BOX

Europoly designed a cabinet for the specific purpose of protecting batteries. This two-shelf cabinet can hold 22 batteries with a total weight of 400 kg. The cabinet includes a Deracane resin retaining tray to collect any acid spills. The roof features a pivoting hatch, which is held in the open position by a moulded stop. This hatch affords direct access to the batteries from above.


EMERGENCY STOP TERMINALS

Europoly manufacturers fibreglass-reinforced polyester emergency stop terminals for roads, motorways, tunnels and other infrastructure.

We supply a range of standard terminals and can also design terminals based on your plans.

These orange terminals are made of fibreglass-reinforced polyester. A system of inserts embedded in the glass mat provide mounting points for the terminal's equipment. A galvanised steel foot is attached to the base of this emergency telephone terminal.

These products are particularly well-suited for outdoor applications and use in harsh environments.




WATER TREATMENT

Series of cabinets designed for water analysis and treatment in Paris. For this application, the composite materials (fibreglass-reinforced polyester) had to be exceptionally resistant to the aggressive and corrosive agents present in Paris's sewer system. An appropriate choice of resin and Gel Coat finishes resulted in a highly-resistant solution. A series of custom products were produced to suit the required locations and dimensions.


BOX WITH DRAWERS

This drawer box is designed for dielectric device testing. It was specially produced for installation in a clean-room at a laboratory.


ONSITE POWER SOCKET HOUSINGS

Based on our Standard cabinets and cabinets, Europoly can manufacture products cabled according to your plans, layout diagrams and specifications.

We produce socket housings, static and mobile site boxes and cabinets, modular power distribution boxes, etc.




RAISED ROOF

Special-purpose raised roof, with sunshield offering additional heat shielding.


WATER POINT (BOREHOLE)

Fibreglass-reinforced polyester terminal with polyurethane foam thermal insulation.

The necessary taps, fittings and other plumbing accessories can be installed inside the terminal.

The built-in thermal insulation keeps the products inside the terminal in frost-free conditions.

This product is available in an unrestricted range of colours, allowing it to blend in to any site.


PARIS METRO - RATP TRANSPORT SYSTEMS

Dedicated cabinet designed for a high-voltage railway application. The design brief stipulated that all items inside the cabinet must be totally accessible.

Our design office came up with the solution: a system of doors affords access from all sides of the cabinet without compromising the rigidity of the structure.


45° OPENNG
INSTRUMENT BOX

The purpose of this box is to accommodate and protect control valves that are installed outdoors. It is available in single-skin and lagged versions.


ACCESS CONTROL TERMINALS AND
BADGE READERS

Fibreglass-reinforced polyester console with an anti-UV Gel Coat finish. A copper mesh is sandwiched between two polyester skins as a shield against electromagnetic interference. These access control terminals are suitable for floor or wall-mounting. Can be cut and drilled to order.


HIGH VOLTAGE CABINET
Cabinet with multiple partitioned compartments. These cabinets were built to plans suited to the customer's requirements. These 1500 x 1250 x 500 mm (H x W x D) cabinets are ideal for separating different electrical devices and power ratings.
